The client, a traditional systems integrator, wished to become the pre-eminent XaaS
(everything-as-a-service) solutions provider in Africa.
It approached Arena Partners to assist it to implement its new XaaS strategy and pivot its operating model and delivery capability to achieve its ambitious growth plans.
